If my application is approved, I understand that I will be able to list my properties on the Gradrent, LLC website(s) at a rate that is mutually agreed between me and Gradrent, LLC at the time of listing. I understand that all properties I choose to list with Gradrent, LLC will be subject to the federal Fair Housing Act, and I agree to make my properties available on an equal opportunity basis to all persons regardless of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin. I agree to act professionally and in an ethical manner with all tenants and prospective tenants in order to uphold and promote the integrity and values of all educational institutions at which I list my properties through Gradrent, LLC.
